Argentinian forward Juan Bauza (30) has unexpectedly terminated his contract with FCU Craiova, sending shockwaves through Romanian football. Previously on loan from Colombian side Atletico Nacional, Bauza’s departure follows a series of increasingly severe issues surrounding the Adrian Mititelu-owned club. Crucially, FCU Craiova was recently expelled from professional competition by the Romanian Football Federation (FRF) due to crippling debt and a record-breaking deduction of over 100 points.
